My name is Louis Despins. My adress is 509 Gaston Mongeau Sainte-Therese Québec Canada J7E 5M4. I ordered a fire dépt. Card on october 27 th. I asked for a fire service card with the inscription L.Despins Capitaine retraité SIADM se attacher photo.

On November 8 I received a card with it but unfortunately the card is in the name Jean Fortier incendie Montréal veteran 1985-2011 see attached photo.

I would like to know if I have to return Mr.Fortier card and when I will get the card I ordered.

Low quality

At first when i open the package it look awesome, then i put it in my wallet to show it to my wife an hour later, when i pulled it out of my wallet to show it to my wife, i realized that the lower corner of the sticker was peeling off. Contacted then 3 times to see what they will do to fix that and they are giving me the run around like this following email : Dear Customer,

We recommend carefully peeling back the lifted corner of the card to see what it looks like underneath.
